Eric PhelpsEric W. Phelps – Chief Administrator

Eric and his wife Karen have four daughters and have experienced the joy of adopting domestically and internationally. As an attorney, he has handled over 100 adoptions. He has also served as a board member and legal counsel for a major international adoption agency.

Mr. Phelps is a member of New Hope Community Church, the Christian Legal Society, the American Society for Reproductive Medicine and State Bar of Michigan. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for the National Fertility Support Center. Contact Eric at ephelps@117center.org.


 

Morgan G. ShierMorgan G. Shier – Attorney

Morgan is a native of Traverse City, Michigan who enjoys working closely with individuals and families in an effort to solve the various issues confronting them. While visiting an orphanage in Mexico she realized her passion for orphans, adoptions and building families.
